What is education?

        So, Education is the process of learning, education helps us to develop skills and those skills allow us to grow and become better citizens & get well-paid jobs and lead a good life with happiness.

         Education shows us the importance of hard work and at the same time helps us grow and develop, thus we can shape a better society to live in by knowing and respecting the rights, laws & regulations.

         Education is a human right and a powerful driver of development and one of the strongest instruments for reducing poverty and improving health, gender equality, peace, and stability. It delivers significant consistent returns in terms of income and is the most important factor in ensuring equality of opportunities. 

 

There are most commonly three types of education

  1. Formal Education

  2. Informal Education

  3. Non–Formal Education

We mainly deal in Non – formal Education where our team teaches several Different courses where students learn different skills some of them are fellows :

  1. KYP: - Kushal Yuva Programme (KYP) is a part of one of the "7 commitments" namely "Karthik Hal, Yuvaon ko Bal". This has been launched as a flagship program of the Bihar Skill Development Mission. Through this program, BSDM intends to enhance the employability of the youth of Bihar.

 This course has three parts

  1. BS-CIT:- BIHAR STATE- CERTIFICATE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

  2. BS-CLS:- BIHAR STATE- CERTIFICATE IN LANGUAGE SKILLS

  3. BS-CSS:- BIHAR STATE- CERTIFICATE IN SOFT SKILLS

 

Kushal Yuva Program:

The KYP has launched a unique skill training program by the name of "Kushal Yuva Program" which would enhance the employability skills of all aspirants in the age group of 15-28 years, who have passed at least 10th Class irrespective of their having attained higher education or their currently pursuing higher education. Soft Skills training would comprise Life skills, Communications Skills (English & Hindi), and Basic computer literacy which in td enhance their employability and act as a value add to the various domain-specific training endeavors currently being implemented in Bihar.
