OUR Work
Jan Vikash Krantis Vocational Training Program is about helping young people who do not have good jobs. We want to connect them with jobs that're in demand. We give training to students who have finished their 12th grades or college. Our training is focused on teaching skills that companies need now.
We also organize job camps where people can meet employers and get jobs. This helps our countrys economy grow. It also helps young people get jobs and become independent. Jan Vikash Krantis Vocational Training Program is really about giving people a chance to build a future for themselves. We want to help people, from all kinds of backgrounds get jobs and take care of themselves. Jan Vikash Krantis Vocational Training Program is doing this by providing the skills and supporting people to get good jobs.

We give special encouragement to girls, so they can become skilled, independent, and ready to move forward in life. Along with training, we also support participants through career guidance and job camps, helping them connect with suitable employment opportunities. Our aim is simple — to help young people become capable, confident, and self-reliant through meaningful skill development.
